Housing Inquiry Form

The following eligibility requirements are for HOPE housing:

• You are currently a client of the Harbor Regional Center, West Side Regional Center, or Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center

• You are 18 years or older

Please note that during your eligibility determination, you will have to provide proof of income.

If you meet these eligibility requirements, you may qualify for HOPE housing. Please complete a Housing Inquiry Form below.
