Below is important information for administrators or staff in a HOPE home. For any questions about your property management company, call HOPE at 877-311-4673.
Rent is due on the first of each month. Please make personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders payable to Home Ownership for Personal Empowerment, Inc. and mail the rent to the address
P.O. Box 80719, City of Industry, CA 91716-8415. Include your name/provider's name and address.

Maintenance Request Instructions
When placing a service request, it is important you state that you are calling from a HOPE Inc. property, and provide your full name, the property address, and a call back phone number. Please be sure you understand the maintenance responsibilities as outlined in your lease documents before requesting maintenance, as any charges incurred that are not HOPE responsibilities will be billed to the provider as a chargeback. If you are unsure, contact your administrator for more information.
For ALL maintenance requests, please contact AllTimeMaintenance at (323) 209-2500 or via email at Maintenance@AlltimeMaintenance.com. Maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays and weekends). Outside of normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm) service may be delayed for non-emergency requests, however you should receive a response within 24 hours.
