Below is important information for administrators or staff in a HOPE home. For any questions about your property management company, call HOPE at 877-311-4673.
Rent is due on the first of each month. Please make personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders payable to Home Ownership for Personal Empowerment, Inc. and mail the rent to the address
P.O. Box 80719, City of Industry, CA 91716-8415. Include your name/provider's name and address.

Maintenance Request Instructions
When placing a service request, it is important you state that you are calling from a HOPE Inc. property, the contact’s full name, property address, and phone number.
For ALL maintenance requests, please contact Trillium Property Management at 888-242-4641 or via email at HopeOps@Trillium-PM.com. Maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays and weekends). Outside of normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm) service may be delayed for non-emergency requests, however you should receive a response within 24 hours.
